If you pay by bank transfer, you upload a payment receipt so our team can verify the transfer. We do not collect or store full card details ourselves; card payments are handled directly by Paystack.

We use your details to process and fulfil your order, contact you about order status or delivery, send order confirmation and update emails, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Order history and accounts

If you check out as a guest, a lightweight record is created so your order can be tracked and fulfilled. Creating an account lets you save this history for future visits and reorder faster.

Payment processing

Card payments made through Paystack are subject to Paystack's privacy and security practices. For manual bank transfers, we store the receipt you submit with the order so our team can verify payment.

Data retention

We retain order records for as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle disputes, and meet our own record-keeping obligations.
