Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) and reflect wholesale pricing at the time of order. Prices, product availability, and delivery fees may change without notice. Placing an order does not guarantee stock availability; if an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to adjust or refund the affected item.

Payment

We accept payment via Paystack (card) or manual bank transfer to the account details shown during checkout. Bank-transfer orders are confirmed after you upload your receipt and our team verifies the payment. We reserve the right to cancel unpaid orders.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery is available within the zones listed at checkout, each with its own fee. Pickup orders can be collected in-store once marked ready. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details provided at checkout.

Returns and issues

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp so we can make it right.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Guest checkout does not require an account, but order history is only saved for registered accounts.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to interfere with its normal operation or place fraudulent orders.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
